Terms of Service

Welcome to CashInk. By using the CashInk mobile app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Account

You create an account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for safeguarding the third-party account you use to sign in and for activity that occurs under your CashInk account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with the App's operation, security, or availability.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that don't belong to you.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App beyond what the law allows.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App.

4. Your content

You own the financial data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, sync, and display that data solely to provide the service to you.

5. Service availability

We provide the App "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where feasible.

6. Subscriptions and payments

CashInk offers optional paid plans as auto-renewable subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store. Pricing and the billing period are shown in the App before you purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings; deleting the App does not by itself cancel a subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple — we never receive or store your payment-method details. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies; we do not separately process payments or refunds. If a paid plan lapses, paid features (including cloud sync) are disabled, but the data already on your device remains accessible.

7. Termination

You may delete your account from within the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we believe continued access poses a risk, or if required by law.

8. Disclaimers

CashInk is a personal finance tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Any decisions you make based on information shown in the App are your own responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashInk and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CashInk's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
